Software Suite
As Partner & CTO for Union Rich Technologies, a SaaS development company, it is my responsibility to lead all technology efforts for all of our subsidiary companies and divisions. My responsibilities include: bringing software from conception to product, simplifying complex ideas, implementing scalable solutions and overseeing development of our Software as a Service applications.
Microsoft Dynamics® CRM
I was given the opportunity to work closely with Microsoft, Microsoft Enterprise Partners and our in-house IT team on the Microsoft Dynamics® CRM Platform. My two primary objectives were to focus on the franchise member relationship management portal and to develop middleware software to integrate Microsoft Dynamics® CRM with our external systems.
Internal Lead Database
Develop, operate, maintain & enhance a massive internal lead database for one of the world's largest business-to-business franchises. Leads flow in from over 6,000 locations around the world and are organized accordingly. The administrator user interface includes many features to aid the marketing team in lead tracking & nurturing. New features are developed monthly.
Franchisee Network
I played an integral part in integrating all 600+ franchisee websites, databases, software and other solutions with our corporate systems, databases and our customer relationship management / enterprise resource planning solution. I set up and built a comprehensive, multifaceted auto-scaling cloud cluster in the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
eCommerce Platform
Assist with the maintenance & enhancement of a massive eCommerce platform for one of the world's largest commercial hardware suppliers. Aside from implementing inventory tracking between the platform and their 8,500 square foot warehouse. We also maintained their eCommerce platform servers and database system.
International Moving Company
Aid in all development & strategies for one of the worlds leading international moving companies. We worked closely with their in-house team and developed intricate systems, websites and digital marketing campaigns for all of their agent partners across the world. We set up lead tracking/nurturing systems to help agents grow.

Clean Detroit

Clean Detroit is a Nonprofit Organization dedicated to cleaning up Metro Detroit through sponsored events for volunteers, educational resources on recycling and leveraging the latest and greatest platforms, technologies and techniques! A group of friends and I are currently in the process of bringing this to fruition.

I received an email from LinkedIn about mentorship opportunities. After checking it out, I was linked up with QSV, Inc through the Taproot Foundation.
I have agreed upon to volunteer my knowledge, experience and expertise to help rebuild their current website. A game plan still needs to be drafted but I plan on migrating them to WordPress so people within the organization can easily maintain the website. A redesign will also include a responsive design and a call-to-action sales funnel that draws people in to the 'Make A Donation' page which is what funds this amazing cause.
